"In the Manufacturing World of high demands, it is usually
the responsibility of one person or company to set up
a solution for the customer. I like to use the term TEAMWORK
because we try hard in finding the right solution in
keeping the price and quality at the standard that the
customer will accept. When a job is given to us or a
part is given for quotation, we sometimes give the choice
of two or three different methods to arrive at the end
product. In working with customers we can adjust prices
or steps to make our quotation more desirable." - Donald

Baron & Young Co. engages in both polishing and buffing
of metal parts. We use wheels and abrasives specially
developed for each process. Polishing is the operation
in which we remove rough scratches, tool marks, and
course surfaces left after forging, rolling or drawing.
Many steel or non-ferrous metal parts are given a high
luster without being plated. The final high luster
or "color" is obtained thought the buffing operation.
The buffing process is a form of surface finishing
in which we remove a small amount of material. The
main purpose here is to obtain a surface with an attractive
appearance and high shine or luster. Once you have
furnished us with your specifications we can determine
what would be the best procedure. |

Prior to the actual polishing or buffing process
we can offer cleaning or degreasing. Lastly we can
"complete" your order with having parts plated
with a variety of decorative plate and E-Coat finishes.
Parts may be lacquered and finally packaged, ready
to be shipped to you and your customer. |
