The Baron & Young Co. was established in 1956 with Joseph Baron and Lawrence Young as original owners. They worked together for 15 years in a small, two-bay garage until the retirement of Lawrence Young. In 1971 Donald Baron joined the company after completing his education in electrical engineering and accounting. He became the new owner and immediately expanded the facility to 4,000 sq. ft. In the 35 years there has been numerous changes and requirements in the metal finishing industry. Don and his staff have made all the changes that were required to meet customer satisfaction.

Today, our facility consisting of 11,000 sq.ft is designed for in-line-processing. Our plant layout consists of preparatory operations and sanding, our hand buff department and automation areas. Finally we clean and fully inspect in our packing and shipping rooms.
